Golden Milk Ingredients Servings: 2
- 3 cups cow’s or alternative milk
- 2-3 tsp ground turmeric (sliced fresh turmeric root is even better!)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- Pinch black pepper (to activate curcumin)
- 1ml CBD Bare tincture
- 2 tbsp honey (optional)
How to Make Golden Milk
Bring milk to a rolling boil and stir in turmeric or sliced root, cinnamon, ginger and pepper. Remove from heat, cover and let steep for 5 minutes before straining into mugs. Stir in CBD oil and honey to sweeten (optional).
