Ashwagandha: extracted from the roots and leaves of a flowering plant native to India, ashwagandha has been used for millennia in India as a part of their ayurvedic practices. It has a variety of uses and its root is regarded as a tonic, aphrodisiac, narcotic, diuretic, anthelmintic, astringent, thermogenic and stimulant.
Niacinamide: a form of vitamin B3 found in foods and natural sources such as rice bran and yeast, Niacinamide was first isolated in the 20th century as an important dietary vitamin, essential for heart, brain and skin health.
GABA: an amino acid that acts as a neurotransmitter in the central nervous system to regulate mood. Our bodies naturally produce GABA as a response to over-activity and stress in the brain in order to bring our nervous systems back to a state of calm.
